Tim Warner

Tim Warner is the first tenant of United Housing’s project, Operation Homes - providing veterans with affordable, quality rental homes. Mr. Warner connected with United Housing’s Rental Manager, Valerie Peterson, in 2020 after receiving an eviction notice from his home of 14 years. “She [Valerie] helped me every step of the way.” Mr. Warner explained. “She told me who to contact, when to contact. I mean just every step was- because I was at a loss.” On August 6, 2020, United Housing celebrated the ribbon cutting of Mr. Warner’s new rental home.
