Maker’s Grove is developed by United Housing, Inc., a Memphis nonprofit with more than 30 years of experience helping residents of the 901 become first-time homebuyers. Its peer organization, Convegence Memphis, is helping with the professional and funding partnerships.

The Maker’s Grove homes will have a modern design and incorporate colors and textures of the surrounding community.
