Our small Home Improvement Loan provides funds to local homeowners for minor rehabilitation needs.

• Up to $5,000 available to Shelby County homeowners
• For uses such as roofing repair, heading and air conditioning replacement
• Must be owner-occupied single family home or duplex
• Income and underwriting guidelines apply

Through an innovative program called HomeSAFE Memphis, UHI has partnered with Seedco and local banks to provide home improvement loans to make repairs or additions.

• Up to $25,000 available to Memphis homeowners
• For uses such as roofing replacement, bath or kitchen renovations
• Must be owner-occupied, single family home within Memphis City Limit
• Income and underwriting guidelines apply

UHI's First Mortgage Loan program provides funds needed to purchase a property or pay off existing mortgage loans and for renovations and repairs necessary to make the home safe and secure.

• Up to $300,700 available to Shelby Countyresidents
• Structural repairs must be over $5,000
• Limited funds for cosmetic work
• Income and underwriting guidelines apply
