UHI offers Ehome America, which is an online homebuyer education and certification program. UHI will continue to have face-to-face counseling classes, however, if you have trouble making it to these classes, Ehome America is a great alternative that will allow you to obtain an official certificate of Homebuyer Education to present to your lender. UHI is a part of a broader network of NeighborWorks Alliance of Tennessee that is taking advantage of this program. Ehome is endorsed and approved by the USDA.
