United Housing uses housing development to help sitmulate neighborhood revitalization and stablize communities throughout Memphis and Shelby County. By building and rehabbing homes in target areas, UHI is able to partner with other local agencies and stake-holders to leverage community investment. Current UHI housing development includes:

• Acquisition and rehab of FHA foreclosures for resale
